If you believe a formerly working code has expired, retain the useful details before sharing the claim: the exact spelling, the date you tested it, the server state, and the in-game response. A screenshot can help, but it must never reveal account information or browser data. Check the code against the Codes hub first; an absent code was not necessarily ever verified. This archive records confirmed history, not every string circulating in comments.

Do not repeatedly submit the same code hoping a server will accept it eventually. Rejoining once after a game update can rule out a stale session, but an error remains an error until official information or a successful current test changes that status.
